Cooperation procedure for complaint information about spam

Various national authorities concluded a cooperation procedure for exchanging information and intelligence about spam complaints. This procedure has been drawn up in connection with the enforcement of Article 13 of the Privacy and Electronic Communication Directive 2002/58/EC. The national authorities that have signed this cooperation procedure are charged with the enforcement of this article as well as other relevant national laws pertaining to the use of unsolicited electronic communications.
