Request to small providers of public electronic communication activities for submitting their turnover data
The costs for ACM’s oversight on small providers of public electronic communication activities (turnovers of less than EUR 20 million) such as telecom providers, are partially paid by these providers themselves. With this letter, ACM requests providers to submit their turnover data no later than March 1, 2015.
Background
Providers are statutorily required to submit every year their turnover data to ACM. The fee that providers are required to pay for ACM’s oversight in 2015 are based on their net turnovers over 2013.
