Guidelines regarding arrangements between suppliers and buyers

People and businesses often benefit from arrangements between suppliers and buyers. Many arrangements between suppliers and buyers promote competition. By making arrangements, they can distribute goods and service more efficiently, for example. It is important for undertakings to know in advance what arrangements are legal, and what are not. In these Guidelines, ACM explains how the Dutch Competition Act assesses a number of common arrangements between suppliers and buyers.
