Dismissal of request for enforcement filed by POV
POV, the producer organization of Dutch pig farmers, had filed three complaints with ACM about Vion. ACM has rejected POV’s complaint concerning the use of the DG-Agri carcass price quotation when calculating the supplementary payment for pig famers. ACM did not find any indications of unfair trading practices. The other two complaints have been included in the commitment decision.
Interested parties (in any case, any pig farmers that supply to VION under the PIG system) can file a request with ACM to have it send them a confidential version of the decision.
