Code amendment decision for the implementation of NC TAR

The Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) published a decision to amend the tariff structures and conditions contained in the tariff code Gas, the transport code LNB gas, and the code of definitions for implementation of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (NC TAR).

ACM has published a decision to change the tariff code, the transport code and the code of definitions to implement NC TAR.

ACM amends the codes in order to introduce a changed reference price methodology for all entry and exit points and a higher discount for entry and exit points from and to gas storages. In addition to this ACM introduces multipliers and seasonal factors that replace the current monthly factors.
