ACM market study: algorithmic trading in wholesale energy markets

Over the past few months, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has had an exploratory market study carried out into the use of algorithms in energy trading. The goal of the study was to get a better overview of algorithmic trading, and to expand our understanding thereof, in part with an eye to the tightened REMIT regulation.
